Liccardi Ford & Liccardi Chrysler are looking for an experienced Commercial Truck Sales Manager to lead and grow our commercial truck business. This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated professional with experience selling commercial vehicles, developing fleet accounts, and building long-term business relationships.We're seeking a leader who can expand our commercial presence throughout New Jersey by working with contractors, municipalities, small businesses, and commercial fleets while managing day-to-day truck operations.What You'll Do
Develop and grow the dealership's commercial truck sales department.
Build relationships with local businesses, contractors, municipalities, and fleet customers.
Prospect new commercial accounts through networking, cold calling, referrals, and community involvement.
Manage inbound commercial inquiries and deliver outstanding customer service.
Work closely with manufacturers on fleet programs, incentives, and commercial vehicle availability.
Coordinate upfits, body installations, and custom commercial vehicle solutions.
Manage inventory and ordering of Ford Super Duty, Chassis Cab, Transit, Ram Commercial, ProMaster, and other work vehicles.
Hire, train, and mentor commercial truck sales staff as the department grows.
Partner with Finance, Service, and Parts departments to deliver complete fleet solutions.
Meet and exceed monthly sales, gross profit, and customer satisfaction goals.
Qualifications
Automotive commercial truck or fleet sales experience preferred.
Previous dealership management experience is highly desirable.
Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to generate new business.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of commercial financing, leasing, and fleet sales programs is a plus.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
