Location: North Jersey Ford Dealership
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $80,000 – $150,000+ per year (Commission + Bonuses)
We are a high-volume franchise dealership in Northern New Jersey looking for motivated, professional Automotive Sales Consultants to join our growing team.

Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles
Build relationships and maintain customer follow-up
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
Work leads from internet, phone, and showroom traffic
Achieve monthly sales goals
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service
Qualifications
Sales experience preferred but not required
Strong communication and closing skills
Self-motivated and competitive
Valid driver’s license
Ability to work retail hours including Saturdays
Bonus Points For

Bilingual (Spanish a plus)
Experience with CRM systems
