Liccardi Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking an experienced, driven, and customer-focused Sales Manager to join our leadership team. • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales consultants to consistently exceed sales goals.
• Drive new and pre-owned vehicle sales while maintaining strong gross profit.
• Manage daily sales operations, including desking deals and structuring transactions.
• Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and dealership objectives.
• Train and develop sales staff through ongoing coaching and performance management.
• Ensure a first-class customer experience from initial contact through vehicle delivery.
• Collaborate with the F&I department to maximize product penetration and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with manufacturer and dealership policies.
• Recruit and develop top sales talent.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of automotive sales management experience.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Proven ability to desk deals and manage inventory effectively.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Track record of increasing sales volume and profitability.
• CDK/Reynolds & Reynolds experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
